July brought a dashboard layout for phones and fewer steps between spotting an opportunity and putting it on a plan. Here are the changes.
A layout for your phone
The dashboard has a bottom navigation bar, full-screen search, and tables that adapt to a smaller screen. Some become cards; others keep the page or prompt name in place while you swipe through its metrics. On touch screens, filters and menus open as sheets from the bottom.
You can review the same dashboard data away from your desk without working through a squeezed desktop layout.

Opportunities grouped by the work they need
The Opportunities page groups findings into tabs such as Source coverage, Accuracy and Reachability. That helps separate work for your content team from access problems for whoever manages the site. The tabs appear when your open opportunities include more than one kind of gap.
The To do filter hides items already on a plan, so you can focus on work you have not queued. Links preserve the selected gap tab when you share the page with a colleague.

Add several prompts to a plan at once
Select rows in Tracked Prompts and choose Add to plan. SurfacedBy prepares an item for each selected prompt using its existing recommendations, then opens the plan drawer once. Prompts already on a plan are skipped. This action is available to editors and above.
An Added badge shows where an item is already planned. Open it to go to that plan, or remove the item if you have permission. The Actions introduction explains how plans fit into the workflow.
Other changes
Recommended actions include a first step where the description needs one, and dismissed recommendations stay dismissed across the dashboard and weekly digest. Milestone notifications can open a card to share or download. The login and signup pages also offer Continue with Google.
The grouped notification bell arrived just before these changes, in late June. Similar notifications share a row, with a red count for items that need you and a grey dot for other activity.
