How does the free trial work?
You can start a trial from any plan, but trial access uses Starter-level limits: 1 domain, 15 prompts per check, core AI platforms, and Daily Check. You can also start on a paid plan directly without a trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher tier's features. Price adjustments are prorated automatically.
What platforms do you monitor?
We monitor five AI answer platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. Starter covers ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Professional and Agency add Claude and Google AI Mode, and also detect when your brand appears inside the Google AI Overview answer box on regular Google search. We ask every platform the same real questions your customers ask and track what they say about you.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your data is saved and you're downgraded to the free tier with a read-only dashboard. You can upgrade to any paid plan anytime to resume full monitoring. No charges unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
Is there a discount for annual billing?

What is the AI Content Readiness Score?
It tells you whether your website is structured in a way that AI can easily understand and recommend. You get a 0-100 score plus specific things to fix, like missing schema markup or thin content pages. Included on every plan.
What is the Sentiment Analysis score?
It shows whether AI talks about your brand positively, neutrally, or negatively. You can see which platforms are most favorable and how your sentiment compares to competitors, so you know where to focus your reputation efforts.
