AI reads community threads. See the ones you should be in.
Reddit threads, YouTube videos, forums and review pages decide a lot of what assistants say about your market. You tell us which communities and keywords matter. We read what gets posted there, weigh it against your brand and the competitors you name, and pass on the few worth your time. Anything an assistant quoted for one of your prompts jumps the queue.
We never post anything for you. Every reply is yours to edit and publish from your own account.
Where we watch
Three networks monitored, plus the videos AI cites for your prompts. Each one works a little differently, so here is exactly what you get.

The sources Google's AI cites most are not company pages
The Pew Research Center followed 68,879 real Google searches. In the results where Google showed an AI summary, the three most cited sources were these, together about 15% of everything those summaries linked to. Two of the three are conversations you can take part in.

Reddit
Community threads. Monitored on every paid plan, with a link straight to the conversation.

How community monitoring works
From a watch list to a reply you are happy to put your name on.
We watch the places that matter
You pick the communities and keywords. We start you off with the ones assistants already quote in your market, and you can change them whenever.
We read every thread
Each one is weighed against your brand and your competitors, so you only see the conversations where speaking up would matter. Anything an assistant already quoted sits at the top.
You get a draft to edit
On Professional and Agency, a reply written from the thread and your own pages. It learns your voice from the edits you make.
You have the last word
Copy it and post it yourself, or let the browser extension fill the reply box for you. Nothing leaves your hands until you press submit.

Seeing which sources AI cites, community pages included, is on all three plans: that comes from your regular checks, not from monitoring. Compare full plans.
The threads land next to the rest of your visibility
Community work sits in the same workspace as your score, your cited sources and your competitors, so a reply is measured against the same prompts everything else is.
Visibility by AI platform
How this differs from social listening
It watches communities and keywords the way a listening tool does. What happens to a thread after that is the difference.
The watch list starts where AI already looks
We suggest the communities assistants already cite when they answer questions in your market, then you edit the list. A mentions tool starts from your brand name and finds whatever it finds.
It looks for where you are absent
We read the thread and weigh it against your brand and the competitors you named. The ones that surface are where a good answer from you would change what the assistant repeats next time. Usually your name is nowhere in them.
Cited threads jump the queue
When an assistant quotes a conversation while answering one of your prompts, it lands in the same queue, flagged and sitting above the rest. A mentions tool has no way of knowing that happened.
It ends in a reply, not an alert
You get the thread, why it matters, and on Professional and Agency a draft to edit. No scheduler, no autoposting, and no way for us to post it: that part is yours.
On YouTube, to be exact: we show you the videos AI cites and help you get into that conversation. We do not monitor YouTube comments.
About the drafts: on the plans that include them, a draft is written from the thread and your own pages, and it learns your voice from the edits you make. It is a starting point you rewrite, never something that goes out on its own.
